The Atrium Resort, Gold Coast

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this resort. While the views from the property were breathtaking, the cleanliness and condition of the accommodations left a lot to be desired. There were significant issues with the state of the rooms, and the service was lacking, making for an unfortunate family vacation experience.

I had an excellent stay at The Atrium. The warm and friendly staff made a great impression, and the private secure parking was definitely a plus. The location couldn't be better, but I felt the rooms could use an upgrade soon even though they were perfectly fine for my holiday needs. Overall, I left as a very happy customer.

I had a really disappointing experience at this resort during my family vacation. The rooms were outdated and not clean, with stains on the main bed and unkempt bathrooms. While the rooftop pool was a nice touch, it didn't make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance. For the price we paid, I expected a lot more - it certainly didn't feel like a four-star resort.
